I’m a strategic HR leader, author, and innovator with a unique journey that spans enterprise organizations and scrappy startups. I’ve worked my way up, navigating complex challenges and scaling teams in fast-paced environments. Along the way, I’ve built impactful strategies that align people with business goals, foster growth, and drive results. My path hasn’t been without obstacles—those experiences have shaped my approach to solving tough problems and creating meaningful change. Now, I leverage my expertise to help others avoid the pitfalls I’ve faced and achieve success with confidence.

I didn’t start my career in HR—I initially thought I’d follow a path in science. As the child of immigrant parents, I was deeply inspired by their work ethic and passion for helping others. My father, a dedicated teacher, and my mother, a skilled seamstress, taught me the value of building connections and creating opportunities. Those early lessons shaped my approach to HR and organizational development, where I’ve dedicated my career to empowering people, fostering growth, and driving meaningful change in organizations.

Today, I help individuals and organizations answer critical questions: “Where are we now, where do we want to go, and how do we get there?” As a strategic HR leader and coach, I blend organizational development expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior. I’m passionate about guiding people and businesses from challenges and uncertainty to clarity, growth, and success.

My passion for guiding others took root early in my career when I realized the impact that mentorship and strategic support could have. I didn’t start in HR, but through years of learning from inspiring leaders and navigating complex challenges, I found my calling in helping people and organizations overcome obstacles, align their goals, and achieve transformative results.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, where my fascination with human behavior first took root. After starting my HR journey in technical recruiting, it became clear that my passion lay in aligning people with organizational success. This realization inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, also from the University of San Francisco, to deepen my expertise and build a career dedicated to driving impactful change.
